The market buys mostly 1.75 m, 2 m, 3 m and 4 m lengths. Longer rolls, up to 8 m, are a special order. Every roll is PP film, 50 micron or thicker.

How it is packed

Rolls are packed ten to a pouch, and the pouches go into a bag (katta) of a fixed weight: 18 kg for 11 and 13 inch, 16 kg for 14 and 16 inch. Because the bag weight is fixed, a bag of short rolls holds more rolls than a bag of long ones. As an example, one 18 kg bag can hold about 500 rolls, which is 50 pouches of ten.

Clear PP for buyers who want the book to show through. The 11 inch x 2 m and 13 inch x 3 m natural rolls are the two items we keep in stock all year.

Questions buyers ask

Why is the Standard roll a tube?

The film comes off the line as a flat, two-layer tube and is rolled without a paper pipe inside. The buyer cuts it open before use. See how to cover a notebook.

Do you sell Standard rolls by the piece?

Mostly we sell by the kilo, and the rate is per kg. A few buyers take them by the piece; ask us if you need that.

Which sizes are in stock?

Natural rolls in 11 inch x 2 m and 13 inch x 3 m are kept in stock. All other sizes, lengths and colours are made to order.

Can I get them without your printed pouch?

Yes. 11 and 13 inch normally go in our JPPL printed pouch, and 14 and 16 inch in a plain PP pouch. If you want a plain pouch for 11 or 13 inch too, tell us when you order.
